When do we collect and return the boat?
Collection is normally from 2:30pm; return and vacate by 9am on your final day. Confirm your arrangements with the base.
What costs extra?
Damage waiver, pets and optional covered parking are additional charges. Our team confirms the complete price and applicable terms before you book.
Booking termsWhat should we bring?
Bedding is supplied. Bring towels unless your booking says otherwise, plus comfortable shoes and waterproofs.
What should we know about Starlink?
Starlink Wi-Fi is included on Imogen. Connection and speeds depend on sky visibility, surroundings and service availability. If internet access is essential, speak to us before booking.
Is Imogen suitable for our access needs?
The original floorplan shows steps and room positions. Please discuss mobility or access requirements with our team before booking.
What happens after we request our dates?
Your preferred dates and holiday length are sent as an enquiry. Our team confirms availability, prices and booking arrangements. Sending an enquiry does not reserve the boat.
